The ruling party behind TPLF’s invasion of Raya?

Toronto – After weeks of speculation, it is now public that the TPLF moved its forces and controlled several areas in the Alamata area. The military violence that TPLF causes has displaced more than 50,000 residents who are currently in Kobo and Woldia.

The UN body OCHA has confirmed the number of residents displaced from the area following the latest military development.

The TPLF’s action is said to be in violation of the Pretoria agreement which ended the two years war between TPLF and the Abiy Ahmed led government. The problem is that the ruling prosperity party seems to have encouraged the TPLF to take the action it took.
