Investigative report by Addis Voice revealed that a “professor” who has been teaching public policy at Addis Ababa University did in fact have no academic qualification he claimed to have. Dr. Constantinos Berhe, who is said to be working for the ruling TPLF party, admitted that he did not have the academic qualification, reported Addis Voice.
Addis Ababa university,is the oldest institution of higher learning, did have a fairly good reputation in Africa until the whole thing changed following total control of the university be the ruling party.
