Toronto – Fano had been warning against the planned Abiy Ahmed visit to Bahir Dar to inaugurate a bridge. He made it to Bahir Dar but it was more like a security operation. Massive elite forces were deployed in Bahir Dar. Yet, Fano forces say they fire mortars. Marshet, spokesperson of Fano in Gojam, said some of the mortals landed near the helicopter that brought Abiy to Bahir Dar.
Abiy Ahmed’s entire stay in Bahir Dar was only 17 minutes, according to Fano.
